THE COMPANY
More
than 30 years in the business
The company is
developed from the business that was built in 1987 by
the company Berggruppen AB, a company foundend by Jan
Norén, Jan Bååth and Michael Hermansson. They all had
worked together with training in blasting and consulting
services in the legendary company Nitro Nobel.
Berggruppen AB built up a complete business for training in blasting
technique and consulting services, and they also founded
the explosives company Allmex. In connection with that
the business was merged into the corporate group of Dyno
in 1993, all engagements was phased out.
In
1998 the corporate group of Dyno choose to close down Berggruppen AB and
Michael Hermansson continued his business in the new
founded company BergUtbildarna AB.
During the years the company has become well renowned
and is the leading company in Sweden in training for
competence for blasters and drillers and other personel
working in the mining and blasting industry.
Memberships and cooperation
BergUtbildarna AB are a member of: Swedish Rock Blasting
Comittee, Swedish Rock Blasters Association, Swedish
Association for Advanced Drilling, Swedish Aggregates
Producers Association, The Board of Educational Training
in Blasting Technique.
Bergutbildarna AB are working in close contact with
Swedish Authorities; Swedish Board of Occupational
Safety and Health, SRSA - Swedish Rescue Services
Agency, Swedish Police Authorities.
A place for discussion and developement
In the year of
1999 BergUtbildarna arranged for the first time the event "Rockblaster
days". During the years the event has become one of
Swedens most important gatherings for rock blasters,
consultants, retailers and authorithies in the business.
